A Professional Employer Organization (PEO) can reduce your administrative chores, stabilize or reduce your workers’ compensation costs and may provide health insurance at lower rates than if obtained independently. A PEO is an organization that provides a cost effective approach by outsourcing human resource services through a contractual agreement, assuming employer risks and reducing your employer responsibilities.

A PEO enters into a contractual relationship with a business that is called a “co-employment” relationship from which various employment responsibilities are shared. By covering numerous employers under one umbrella, the PEO obtains significant buying power leverage and passes these reduced costs to the client.
