You keep control. You will decide how frequently (weekly, bi-weekly, semi-monthly) you want pay checks cut, the day of the week you want your payroll delivered, and the beginning date and end date of your pay cycle. The process is kept easy; simply calculate your payroll hours and fax, email or call the Professional Employer Organization’s payroll processing department, and they’ll take care of the rest. Direct Deposit and Payroll Deductions
Direct deposit offers automatic deposit of employees’ pay into their bank accounts. It’s safe, convenient, and provides an alternative to long teller lines and lost paychecks. The PEO can also administer voluntary and court-ordered payroll deductions, such as deductions for uniforms and tools, child-support payments, optional benefits and IRS garnishments.
