Professional Liability Insurance is also known as Errors and Omissions (E&O) coverage. Professional Liability Insurance offers the professional service industry the ability to mitigate the risks of errors, malpractice, negligence, wrongful acts and omissions. Professional Liability Insurance provides coverage for liabilities evolving from either the providing of or the failure to provide professional services.

It is imperative that individuals who own professional service businesses and certain employees of particular professions have Professional Liability coverage. For some professions, coverage is required by law, while for others, it is an important foundation to protect the assets of the organization.

There are specific forms of coverage for different professions. Please contact our office or complete and remit the corresponding Professional Liability Insurance Application for your profession to receive a quotation. If your profession is not listed, complete the Professional Liability application and a specialist will contact you.

Please note that applicable supplemental applications must be submitted in conjunction with the Professional Liability application.
